Named after my favorite aunt Zia Rossetta and is a mix of juicy large Kalamata pitted olives and Italian Leccino olives in a marinade of Italian San Marzano sundried tomatoes and fresh thyme with a blend of extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil.
