1. Do I need have to be at home to receive my order?

No you don’t! There is no need to be at home to receive your order and no signature is required!

All our letterbox Olives by Post and letterbox Foodie Gifts will fit through UK standard size letterboxes Our letterbox packaging measures 18.4cm wide by 3.8cm deep. Our specially designed packaging will fit through the majority of standard UK letterboxes.

Delivery is Royal Mail Tracked (FREE). While 95% likely to arrive on time, Royal Mail deliveries can be a working day late.

Please make sure it will fit through your letterbox before placing your order or advise a safe place to leave your order for example with a neighbour next door, leave in porch

2. Which credit cards do we accept?

Payment can be made with all major credit cards except American Express, we also accept PayPal payments

3. Are my credit card details secure?

Yes! Absolutely safe! We do not store any credit card details ourselves. These are processed by our Merchant account we hold with our payment gateway provider, Opayo and PayPal and are the most trusted and reliable providers of credit and debit card transactions available

4. What days do you deliver?

Deliveries are prepared fresh and collected the afternoon prior to the delivery date you have selected for Next Day Delivery Tuesday to Friday.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 service which is not a guaranteed Next Day service but in 95% to arrive on selected day but may arrive a day later. Please expect that during busy times of the year for example Christmas orders may be delayed and is beyond our control!

6. Can I change my delivery date?

Yes! Simply contact us 24 hours prior to your delivery date by phone, or email quoting your order reference number and we will do the rest.

8. Does my order require refrigeration?

Yes! All of our olives, antipasti etc are prepared with fresh ingredients and are prepared just before dispatch and we recommend kept refrigerated upon arrival and consumed within a maximum of 7 days once opened.

9. What is the shelf life of my order?

Our products are fresh and are prepared without any artificial additives or preservatives and once opened have is a maximum shelf life of 3 weeks unopened and once opened consume within 7 days
